BOOKING CONDITIONS
Guests are required to check-in between 14h (2 PM) and 23.59h (11.59 PM) on the arrival date and check-out until10h (10 AM) on the departure date.
Guests are responsible for damages caused in the apartment as well as its surroundings. Veronika Group reserves the right to charge the amount required to repair the damage made by the guest.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of Veronika Group properties as well as all the common areas associated with Veronika Group properties. Any guest that violates this rule will be charged a flat deep cleaning fee in the amount of 100€.
Different Veronika Group properties have different types of cancellation and prepayment policies. Please, refer to the property page in order to see which type of cancellation and prepayment policy applies to it.
If the guest has made the booking using an external site with which Veronika Group has a signed contract, only booking conditions stated on the guest's booking confirmation from that external site apply.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
For stays shorter than 3 nights in properties located in Makarska, Veronika Group reserves the right to a price increase of up to 30%.
Different Veronika Group properties have different types of cancellation and prepayment policies. Please, refer to the property page in order to see which type of cancellation and prepayment policy applies to it.
The amount in EUR displayed on the website is indicative. The guest will pay the property in HRK.
If the guest has made the booking using an external site with which Veronika Group has a signed contract, only payment terms stated on the guest's booking confirmation from that external site apply.

WEBSITE TERMS OF USE
By using any part of the Veronika Group website, you automatically accept all current terms of use (the "Terms"). Users are required regularly to read the Terms and are deemed to be familiar with the current terms of use at any time by continuing to use Veronika Group website or any part thereof.

By registering on Veronika Group website, the user is obligated to pass the registration process and enter truthful information. By registering on Veronika Group website, you agree to the Terms and guarantee the authenticity of the information entered during the registration process.
Veronika Group website is obligated, after determining the validity of a possible complaint, to remove content that is not in accordance with current state laws within a reasonable time frame.
Registered users are required to act in accordance with the specific terms of individual parts of Veronika Group website.
Veronika Group reserves the right to prohibit the use of Veronika Group website or parts of it to an individual user if it is found that the user has violated the Terms.
The user of Veronika Group website is obligated to report any unauthorized use of his account via any email address published on the Veronika Group website.
Veronika Group website cannot be held liable for any unauthorized use of the user's account, nor for any damages incurred in that way.

PROPERTY TERMS OF USE
Leaser of accommodation units in Croatia ("Host") is a physical or a legal person that, in accordance with the law, is authorized to rent accommodation units to tourists and presents it on www.veronika.group and www.apartmentsveronika.com websites exclusively for this purpose.
The leaser of accommodation units advertised on www.veronika.group and www.apartmentsveronika.com websites is Veronika Apartmani j.d.o.o., Ulica Matka Baštijana 23, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 07405703250 unless otherwise specified on www.veronika.group and www.apartmentsveronika.com websites or in the Apartments.
The lessee of accommodation units in Croatia ("Guest") is every physical or legal person that rents an accommodation unit from the Host.
Space owned by Veronika Group (“Apartments”) is every space in and around the buildings in which Veronika Group properties are located, and that is owned by Veronika Group or has been leased by Veronika Group from third parties.
By publishing Property Terms of Use on www.veronika.group and www.apartmentsveronika.com websites, it is considered that the Guest is familiar with the aforementioned Terms, accepts them and undertakes the obligation, while using services offered by the Host, to abide by the rules set forth in the Property Terms of Use.
The accommodation is available to the Guest from 14h (2 pm) on the day of arrival until 10h (10 am) on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed in advance with the Host. At least one person checking in needs to be 18 years of age or older.
The Guest is responsible to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the Apartments. The Host is not responsible for the possible loss of the aforementioned valuables.
The Guest is responsible for their behavior in the property building and its surroundings. In the event of an accident, the Guest shall bear all legal consequences and possible medical and other expenses.
The Guest is required to lock the front doors to the Apartments while staying inside and lock front doors, close all windows, turn off all lighting, turn off the water, turn off the TV, air conditioning, stovetop and all other electricity consumers excluding the internet router, if one is present at the Apartments, when they are leaving the Apartments. Internet router is visibly marked with an appropriate information card and it is prohibited to turn it off. Persons authorized to turn off the internet router are the Host and personnel authorized by the Internet Service Provider to repair such devices.
The Host has the right to, in the absence of the Guest and in particular, circumstances, enter into the Apartments due to the prevention of possible damage or danger.
The Guest is prohibited from destroying Apartments' equipment and furniture and causing disorder and disruption of other guests. It is especially prohibited to cause noise between 14h (2 pm) and 16h (4 pm) as well as between 23h (11 pm) and 7h (7 am).
Contents of the Apartments can only be used by persons checked in as the Guest in accordance with the prior made reservation. The Host, upon the Guest's request, can approve any temporary visits by third parties at a certain time. Temporary visits by third parties imply the stay of third persons or persons who are not registered as the Guest, in the Apartments for a total duration of up to 12 hours. Third parties are not allowed to stay the night in the Apartments.
It is not allowed to carry weapons, explosive or flammable materials as well as other objects and substances that are life-threatening into the Apartments.
It is not allowed to smoke in any room in any of the Veronika Group properties. In case of violation of this rule, the guest is obliged to pay a 100€ flat deep cleaning fee.
The use of equipment and appliances that are not part of the Apartments' offer is allowed only with the explicit consent of the Host.
If the installation, furniture, appliances and/or equipment of the Apartments is missing or damaged, the Guest is obligated to, without delay, notify the Host. If the Guest has led to the disappearance or damage, the Guest is obligated to compensate for the damage caused to the Host in an appropriate amount.
It is prohibited to take appliances and equipment owned by the Host, including towels, linens, pillows, sponges for dishwashing, kettle and microwave oven, out of the Apartments.
Upon arrival, the Guest is required to provide the Host with a valid identification document containing a photo of the Guest due to checking the Guest in with the Croatian National Tourist Board as required by the Law.
In the case of non-compliance with the Property Terms of Use as well as the House Rules, the Host has the right to cancel the provision of services without a refund.
House Rules are published in a visible place inside all of our apartments on six major languages (Croatian, English, German, Italian, French, and Czech).

Collected information, excluding credit card type, card holder's name, and surname, credit card number, and expiry date, will be retained indefinitely or until you contact us to delete them. Credit card type, card holder's name, and surname, credit card number, and expiry date will be deleted seven days after the check-out date or seven days after the check-in date in case the guest does not check in to the property.

We will use the information you willingly provide to us to process your reservation, process the payment needed to guarantee your booking, to manage your account, to process for statistical purposes as a way to improve our services and tailor them better to our guests' needs.
