Accepted Answer

Due to spam protection, we are sending all confirmation emails on every full hour. E.g. If you make a booking at 17.12h, you will receive your confirmation at 18.00h.
 
In case more than one hour has pased since you made your booking and you still have not received a confirmation, please check your 'Spam' folder. Maybe the email has ended up there by mistake.
 
In case you do not find an email in the 'Spam' folder either, you might have entered a working email address or our system has not sent the email due to a server mistake. Please, let us know at info@veronika.group and we will check in our system manually.

Accepted Answer

In case you are checking in to Apartments Veronika, unfortunately, no pets are allowed. In case you are checking in to Apartments Novus, pets are allowed on request and charges may be applicable.
 
We would also like to stress that the apartment is subject to inspection upon check-out and that any repair costs for damage caused by you or your pet may need to be reimbursed to the property.

In accordance with the Croatian Law, we are required to collect certain information about the guests checking in and forward them to the Tourist Office.
 
The information we are collecting are:
Full name
Country of residence
Date of birth
Gender
Type of document
Document number
Citizenship
Place of residence
Country of birth
 
We also compare the guests' full names to our system's record to ensure the right persons are served. We will also compare the photo on the provided document with your appearance for security reasons.

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can bring your pet with you. All of our properties are pet friendly and pets can stay free of charge.
 
We do want to stress that the apartment is subject to inspection upon check-out and that any repair costs for damage caused by you or your pet may need to be reimbursed to the property.
 
Please, let us know that you will be arriving with a pet in order for us to prepare the apartment accordingly.

Accepted Answer

No, unfortunately, at this moment we do not accept credit/debit cards as a for of guarantee.
 
Depending on the Payment Conditions on the property's page, you will be requred to make one to two bank deposits in order to guarantee for your reservation.
 
In case you cancel within the free cancellation period, you will be eligible for a deposit refund in accordance with the Booking Conditions.

In case your reservation is eligible for free parking, a member of our staff will show you your parking spot.
 
In case you are not eligible for free parking, paid parking spaces are available around the property. More information about parking in Makarska can be found on the following link (Croatian only).

No, unfortunately, at this moment we do not accept credit/debit cards as a for of guarantee.
 
Depending on the Payment Conditions on the property's page, you will be requred to make one to two bank deposits in order to guarantee for your reservation.
 
In case you cancel within the free cancellation period, you will be eligible for a deposit refund in accordance with the Booking Conditions.

Where can I park?

Accepted Answer

If you are leaving your car parked between 15h on a Saturday and 7h on a Monday, free parking is possible on the street around the property. Please, make sure you park on a WHITE parking spot. Yellow parking spots are reserved for embassies, companies, and similar.
 
If you are leaving your car for longer than the abovementioned timeframe or on other days of the week, we recommend one of the public garages that are near the property. The following garages are just 400 meters away from the property (5 minute walk):
 
Public garage Petrinjska (Address: Petrinjska 59, 10000 Zagreb)
Public garage Langic (Address: Trg Josipa Langa 13, 10000 Zagreb)
 
Prices in the aforementioned public garages are as follows:
 
One hour of parking (from 8h until 21h): 7 HRK (1 EUR)
One hour of parking (from 21h until 8h): 1 HRK (0.20 EUR)
24-hour parking ticket: 55 HRK (7.50 EUR)
 
Street parking pricelist is as follows:
 
One hour of parking: 12 HRK (1.70 EUR)
24-hour parking ticket: 100 HRK (15 EUR)
 
Street parking is paid if parked during the following schedule:
 
Working day: from 7h until 22h
Saturday: from 7h until 15h
 
On all the other days, including Sunday and holidays, street parking in not charged. Parking in garages remains billable.

Unlike most hotels, we do not advertise multiple apartments under a single room type. This means that we will advertise one apartment per room type meaning that you will get the same apartment that you have booked online.
 
Some booking websites showcase photos of all of our room types together in one slideshow on the property's public listing page. Please, click on the room type you would like to book in order to see only photos of that apartment.

In case you have not paid for your accommodation online, you can pay in cash once you arrive to the property. You can pay both in HRK or EUR, whichever is more convenient to you.
